This program is open to anyone enrolled in the Ngöndro Gar. The aim is to provide a supportive environment for all levels of Ngöndro Gar practitioners who wish to immerse themselves in the practice. There are many blessings from practicing in holy places where great teachers have visited or practiced before. Deer Park institute was the seat of Dzongsar Institute for over 20 years. Many Tulkus and lamas have studied and practiced in the Institute. It is a auspicious place for retreat.

You will need to bring your own text and practice materials. There will be 4 sessions a day which include group sessions, individual sessions and group discussions. Retreat will start at 9am on Nov. 30th and conclude at dinner time on Dec. 4th.

This retreat will be led by Melitis Kwong and Longdrol Szeto, Ngöndro instructors authorized by Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche. Special guest speaker: Khenpo Sonam Phuntsok (Khenpo has agreed to offer his support for the retreat).
