DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to announce our next ‘Dealing with Negative Emotions’ Retreat (Eligibility: 18+) – a collaboration between Sahaj Foundation and Deer Park, scheduled in Deer Park Institute, Bir, Himachal Pradesh during July 7-13, 2019.\nThe Retreat is designed for those who feel that most of their life energy is being drained by the negative emotions such as Anger, Fear, Anxiety, Attachment, Greed, Jealousy etc on daily basis, thus leaving them with less energy to focus on what is important in life.\n“The key job, then, is to develop the skill to look inside, to be introspective, in a clear and disciplined way, so that we’re then qualified to do the actual job of changing our emotions, of distinguishing between the positive and negative.”\nThe retreat uses Study, Reflect, Meditation and Practice as its primary tools.
