And do you wonder, where the difficulties lie or originate when we start imagining or living these possibilities?
Let’s come together in this TWO DAYS workshop and unravel possibilities of connection and shared empathy, through playful tools and buddist sutras of wise speech, in interactive fun ways. Some of the things we would explore:
How to hear ourselves and others deeper and better. Expression and vulnerability. Neuroscience of habitual world interactions. Magic of authentic listening. Connective communication possibilities and tools for our day-to-day living. How to engage in difficult dialogues and yet foster connection.Emotional Intelligence and mindful self-compassion𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐯:
With his work with NVC, Mav understood the deep importance of our childhood in shaping us as the adults we are. He has studied with Liv Larson and Kathleen McKee over depths of shame, guilt, and developmental trauma. He has been a facilitator of the Trauma and Bodywork channel with the Global Embodiment conference. It is his passion and dhamma to bring these tools of understanding our own inner child and how to joyously connect with the youngest members of our society – with a hope for more connected humanity.
