Have you ever wondered, how we become, who we are…
How the precious childhood that we all go through, shapes us as the adults we become.
From the warmth, we have to the triggers we encompass,
from the care we feel to the anger 𝗍hat emerges, from the happy joyous beings to the depths of violent jealousy – how the roots of almost everything lies in the first few years of our life journey and upbringing! In this two day workshop, we will explore:
Understanding our inner child and upbringing.
Neuroscience of caregiving and childhood.
Brain remapping rewiring tools and practices.
𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠
Moving from coercion to collaboration.
Moving from punishment/reward to connection.
Mediating conflicts effectively.

Mav has been on the roads for the last 9 years. His travel choices brought him not just happy fun moments, but also brought him face to face with seeing how humanity survives and thrives amidst conflict, oppression, darkness, and how there is so much hope for shining our inner light. Inspired by the values of Buddhism and ahimsa, he brings these principles to his personal journey and shares them with the communities he engages with. He is a practitioner with CNVC worldwide, Gainsville Non-Violent Communication, and also a global facilitator with Elar Institute, Orlando, and has been hosting workshops of authentic relating and connective communication.
