> The workshop will include working with different art modalities like movement, arts, rhythm, nature, guided meditation, and writing for themes relevant to what we experience and aspire to embrace through a Mindfulness and Buddhist philosophy approach.

> Dates: February – 22-26 (Monday-Friday)
> Duration 3:00pm – 4:30pm
> Venue: Tara hall, Deer Park Inst.
> Intake: Maximum 10 participants
> *A nominal fee of INR 100 will be charged per person at the time of registration to cover the cost of different art materials provided by the Deer Park Institute

> Water bottle
> Comfortable clothing for ease during movements
> About the facilitator – Pallavi
> Pallavi is a creative arts therapy practitioner with specialization in movement and visual arts with her own practice set-up. She holds a certification in Diploma in Dance/Movement Therapy from Pune University and CMTAI (Creative Movement Therapy Association in India). Since 2019, Pallavi has worked with various populations across age groups and settings including NGOs, old age homes, community centers, semi-residential schools. She has also worked with differently-abled children facilitating arts-based interventions virtually for their holistic development and growth.
