The Seven Limb Prayer: Moistening and Preparing Heart and Mind, Led by Kabir Saxena

To develop the sublime compassionate mind of Great Compassion and Bodhichitta, and along the way to purify the mindstream and generate powerful positive energy, we need a skilful method.
The Seven limbs of Prostration, Offering, Confession, Rejoicing, Requesting, Beseeching and Dedicating provide just that method in a manner easily applicable by lay and ordained practitioners alike.
The course will involve some talks, meditation, discussion and group work.
Most suitable for people who’ve already taken refuge, but can also be attended by serious beginners.
