Thirty Sevenfold Practice of a Bodhisattva. Retreat led by Ven. Yoesel Nima and Ajeer Vidya

The Thirty-Seven Practices of Bodhisattvas is a text composed by a great Bodhisattva (Gyelsay) Ngulchu Thogmed Zangpo,(1295-1369) that summarizes the Mahayana path to perfection. The text is made up of 37 stanzas that outline the path to Buddhahood. Gyalsey Ngulchu Thogmed Zangpo is highly venerated within Tibet and beyond. This particular text is studied by all four Tibetan Buddhist monasteries and in secular educational institutions as well.
During the four-day-long excursion, the participants will traverse the whole text.
At the end of the workshop, participants will gain clarity on six paramitas, the ingredients of the Bodhisattvayana. It will also help one learn to appreciate one’s existence and instil confidence and strength to move forward.
